Arivu Foundation was built around two services because we believe there is more than one way to make a difference in a child's education. Both paths support underprivileged children and students in India. The difference is in how you want to give and what kind of impact feels meaningful to you.

Sponsorship

Monthly Child Sponsorship

Sponsoring a child is one of the most personal ways you can give. It is not just a donation. It is a relationship. Through our sponsorship program, you help cover the everyday costs that keep a child in school. Regular updates and photos give you a real window into their life, letting you watch them grow and feel genuinely connected to the child you are supporting. For $35 a month, you can make that possible.

What Your Sponsorship Covers

Every dollar is allocated to the child's direct educational needs. Here is where your support goes.

Tuition & School Fees

Tuition is paid directly to the child's school by Arivu Foundation, ensuring funds are used exactly as budgeted.

Uniforms & Supplies

Uniforms, books, notebooks, stationery, and the everyday materials a child needs to participate fully in school.

Transportation & Exam Fees

Safe daily transport to and from school and coverage of exam fees, costs that are often the first reason a child stops attending.

How It Works

  1. 1You sign up through our website. We reach out to confirm your interest and let you know we are working to pair you with a child in need.
  2. 2We work with trusted partners and community leaders in India, such as priests and nuns who work directly with underprivileged children and know families in need, to identify the right child. We review their current report cards, understand their personal circumstances, and confirm exactly what support is needed.
  3. 3Tuition is paid directly to the child's school by Arivu Foundation. You receive a full cost breakdown and proof of payment so you know exactly where your support is going.
  4. 4You receive your sponsorship package: a photo of your child, their report card, a letter from the child, and a questionnaire helping you get to know them, their favorite subjects, their goals, and their life.
  5. 5Updates continue throughout the sponsorship at least once a year, with the goal of providing them more frequently as the program grows.

Transparency is at the core of everything we do. You will never wonder where your money went. Every sponsorship comes with documented cost breakdowns, direct payment receipts, and regular updates from the child and their school. All communication between sponsors and children is facilitated through Arivu Foundation to ensure the safety and privacy of every child we work with.
